I had the privilege of meeting and inviting the Board members of ING Group — global leaders in banking and financial services, headquartered in the Netherlands.

As a trusted financial partner to many of the world’s leading shipping and maritime service providers, ING’s involvement marks a significant step forward for Maharashtra's maritime ambitions.

During our meeting, we reached a pivotal decision to pursue a long-term collaboration on the proposed Maharashtra Maritime Integrated Hub, with a projected investment of up to ₹2,000 crore. It was truly encouraging to witness their strong support for the vision of our State Leadership, especially the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendraji Fadnavis.

The Maharashtra Maritime Board is expanding its vision through such strategic, bilateral partnerships. We are confident this collaboration will pave the way for more global financial leaders to contribute to the growth and innovation of our maritime sector.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to @RuralEnhancers_ for facilitating this transaction and #atalsolutions from the Netherlands for making this milestone possible. Onward and upward — long live Maharashtra!

Present during the signing were:
IAS P. Pradeep, CEO of Maharashtra Maritime Board
Mr. Ambar Ayade, Managing Director and CEO, Rural Enhancers
Mr. Edwin Sieswarda, Managing Director, Atal Solutions along with their respective teams.
