A consortium of multiple reputed financing and project management agencies across GCC, Europe and India comprising of EXIM Finance, from UAE, ATAL- the Atradius Dutch Govt. State Business from the Netherlands, Next Health Bv and Rural Enhancers group from India expressed their keen interest to invest ₹2500 crore in various projects in Maharashtra.
The same group was responsible to fund the PMC hospital which is coming up at Warje worth 43 Million Euros.
In this edition of their investments they have earmarked approx. ₹2000 crore for Multi speciality hospitals across 5 locations in Maharashtra.
Another ₹600 crore have been offered for funding the struggling MPMC police housing project in Pune.
Their investment will result in job creation for over 6000 people.
I was delighted at this low cost capital funding we have been offered and I am hoping that such funds will be very useful for scaling social infrastructure like hospitals and schools and bailing out stressed projects.
I thank Chairman of EXIM Mr. Salah Al Naseer, Mr. Anshul - Managing Partner,
Han Bartelds, Managing Partner of Atal, Mr. Subramaniyam of Next Health and Mr. Ambar Ayade, Managing Director and CEO from Rural Enhancers for their support to such crucial initiatives.
